2. Services and Payments
Rootedology, LLC offers various services, the details of which—including pricing, payment methods, cancellation policies, and additional terms—will be outlined in individual service agreements and on the booking site. Clients are encouraged to review all applicable terms and seek clarification before entering into any service agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. If the online booking portal does not prompt you to enter a credit card number, the appointment HAS NOT been booked.

All booked appointments will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email once you have booked the appointment, please email us at support@rootedology.com to confirm that we have you in our system.

3. Client/User Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, cooperatively, and in accordance with ethical standards during all sessions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of their account, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or in violation of these standards may result in the termination of services at the sole discretion of Rootedology, LLC.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials displayed on the Rootedology, LLC website are the exclusive property of Rootedology, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Rootedology, LLC assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from a client’s choices or conduct.

These services are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients with medical or health-related concerns are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to participating in any session.

8. Not a Medical or Psychological Service

Cancellations

We at Rootedology, LLC understand things happen and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for individual cancellations and 72 hours notice for party cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of appointments (no shows for appointments will be charged the full amount for the services booked) will be charged 50% of services booked. Appointments booked the same day are subject to our cancellation policy unless cancelled within 2 hours after booking appointment.
